I worked at Baptist Hospital from 2009-2018 as a Benefits Advisor but always wanted to pursue my dream of being a school counselor and finally did this and have been at Pine Level Elementary as a school counselor since August 2018.
About Me
My name is Wendy Ellender. I have always wanted to be a school counselor and finally made this career change a few years ago. I completed my Masters of Education in School Counseling from Troy University Montgomery in December 2017. I am married with 5 children. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and just living life to the fullest. I became a school counselor because I genuinely care about your children and wanted to be a positive inspiration in their lives.
